Tri-State Design and Development is a multi-disciplinary Consulting Architectural/ Engineering firm serving both public agencies and private industry. We offer a wide range of engineering services. Our collective experience includes the design, construction management / inspection, and coordination of numerous industrial, institutional, and transportation projects. We have designed steel and prestressed concrete highway bridges, roadways, and structural rehabilitations and industrial facilities for heavy and light industries, commercial and educational buildings.

Founded in 1983, Tri-State's leadership team is skilled in broad base design, supervision, project management, construction management/inspection, and administration. They oversee a project staff ready and able to handle the layout, design, field survey, field inspection, reports, rehabilitation design, construction plans and specifications, and other design services required for any project.

Over the years, we have steadily grown while actively providing civil, structural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, inspection and rehabilitation design, and construction inspection/management services.
