This project consisted of design of a multistory, 45-unit apartment structure for senior living. The facility included community rooms, recreational rooms and other amenities.
Tri-State Design performed complete architectural and engineering services, including field survey, land subdivision, site development, civil, structural, electrical and mechanical engineering.
Tri-State Design was also responsible for construction administration for the entire project, including review of all submittals, construction reviews, preparation and approval of pay estimates, claim resolution, scheduling and trouble-shooting during construction for this multiphase, single general construction contract for a private developer.

This project consisted of alterations and modifications needed to convert an existing 3-story, 30,000 sq. ft. dormitory building into a correctional facility for approximately 300 female inmates.
Major structural modifications were required to support additional loadings and to facilitate new HVAC and plumbing systems. The renovation included multiple-occupancy construction varying from minimum to maximum security and ADA compliance.
Tri-State performed complete architectural and engineering services, including HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, electrical and structural design using our in-house staff. The construction was completed in December of 2001.
