Tri-State Design and Development, Inc. is a consulting Engineering firm established in 1983 to provide a wide range of engineering and construction management services to various government agencies and private corporations. We have been slowly growing and actively providing diverse architectural, multi-discipline engineering and construction management fields. We tailor our services to meet our clients' needs. We negotiate in good faith, we provide what we promise and when we promise. Our reputation has been built around our clients' total satisfactions. Our growth is a result of support from our clients, friends and our dedicated employees. Tri-State Design is a multi-discipline Consulting Engineering firm. Our in-house staff includes professional engineers, registered architects, a fulltime survey crew, several construction inspectors and managers, and CADD designers. Our staff is backed by the latest hardware and a library of software which supports several CADD stations and computers. We provide services in the fields of architectural, civil, structural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, inspection and rehabilitation design, and construction inspection/management. Our firm is well recognized for our work on public projects and buildings throughout Western Pennsylvania. Tri-State Design is a Certified Minority Business Enterprise. Tri-State is one of the very few firms that provides multiphase engineering and construction management services in the field of building design and transportation system design. The key to the successful undertaking of any project is people. Our employees are highly educated, experienced, and dedicated. The individuals of the project team are selected for their experience, ability to gain complete understanding of project objectives, and records of achieving timely results while maintaining high professional standards. The unique diversity of experience that we possess allows us to undertake the task of complete consultancy --- from preparing capital budgets through design, coordination, construction management and supervision. Our key personnel are registered engineers and/or architects in the states of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Ohio, Maryland, New York and California. Tri-State Design and Development, Inc. owns a modern CADD system, several personal computers, printers, and a library of software. Our field survey crews are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment including high precision EDM, theodolite and data transfer remote modem. Our work facility in Carnegie, Pennsylvania is equipped with modern facilities. |
